1 Introduction

10 Account Suspension & Closure

hc7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, regulatory requirements, or repeated violation of Platform policies.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any applicable bonus funds not yet wagered through) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to KYC completion and withdrawal processing times.

An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. hc7777 may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts, the amount and application of which will be detailed in the cashier or communicated via registered email before deduction. 14 Amendments to These Terms
